In an effort to give back to our community, Exit Real Estate of Spokane created “Exit Shares.” This is our effort to lend a hand to our neighbors in need of extra care. Our fundraising dollars stay in the area and benefit two important local services: The Women’s and Children’s Restaurant and Hospice of Spokane.

EXIT of Spokane launched fund raising activities at its annual Christmas Party in December, 2006. A silent auction with items donated by our agents and local businesses raised over $1,000 that went to our designated charities at a critical time of the year.

In January, all agents were given the opportunity to donate a portion of their commissions from every sale they made. Six months into it we have raised over $1600 and this will continue throughout 2007 and beyond. Way to go EXIT of Spokane!

In a smaller gesture, we keep containers in the lobbies that are available to collect change from the pockets of all who enter our offices…it will be a pleasant surprise for EXIT Real Rstate North to count all the coins and bills that have been slipped into the jars and see that the donations make thier way to the right hands.

Our agents also participate in the annual Spokane Association of Realtors Food Drive.

EXIT Realty Corp. International is very proud of its association with Habitat for Humanity, EXIT's corporate charity of choice. A portion of every transaction fee collected by EXIT is applied toward this cause. To date, $875,000 has been donated in both the US and Canada!

In June all three Spokane Exit offices came together to volunteer for the “Habitat for Humanity 2007 Blitz build.” It was a rewarding experience to work along side all the dedicated staff and families who have worked long and hard to build homes to call their own. We hope to make this an annual event for our offices.
We feel fortunate to live and work in the great city of Spokane and it is our pleasure to give back and “Share” what Spokane has given us.
